RETURN POLICY

We hope it is right seat first time and that you are now sitting comfortably.

If it needs a re think then we do accept returns. Please note though that items are only eligible for return if they are returned unopened and in original packaging. Items must be sent back in a resellable condition so please use the original shipping brown box supplied or suitable alternative for return. Please do not attach additonal labels or tape to the product box.

We would be happy to help with your seat selection so please do contact us.

 Used items and prior fitted items would not be accepted for return unless shown to be faulty or defective. Please ensure this item has not been prior fitted as due to hygiene regulations these items cannot be accepted.

We wouldn't be repsonsible for return costs. We believe services such as some Royal Mail services Collectplus and  Hermes to offer best shipping options. Please include your packing slip or a copy of the invoice so a refund can be promptly arranged.
